What is it?
The in-app messenger introduces a fresh reply feature, enabling you to receive direct responses to your Doublelist account, bypassing your email inbox.
How to enable?
Posts featuring the "In App Reply" option will automatically have this feature activated. When creating a post, the default reply method is set to in-app. However, you have the flexibility to keep it enabled or switch it off. Additionally, users can choose to have both email and in-app reply options, allowing responders to select their preferred method of communication.
Where are the messages located?
You can find your messages in the "Messages" section, either in the site's navigation menu or by following this link: https://doublelist.com/messages
Please note that the notifications for in app messages is currently not working so just click the messages menu to see if there are any new responses.
Menu Options
There are 3 options inside the messenger you may use for a specific conversation: Reply, Delete, or Report/Block.
These are accessible by clicking the 3 dots inside the conversation.
Stopping Communication
If you delete your post that users have responded to it will automitacally delete all your converstations from that post.
