Marketing Emails
Control whether you receive promotional and marketing communications from Doublelist.
Transactional Emails
Includes important account-related communications, such as subscription and payment confirmations.
Post Insights Notifications
These notifications relate to activity on your posts:
- Like Post – Receive an email when someone likes your post.
- Post Added to Favorites – Receive an email when someone favorites your post.
- Your Post Has Views – Receive an email when your post receives increased attention.
- Eligible to Renew Post (Mobile App Only) – Receive a reminder when your post can be renewed (bumped) for better visibility.
Q: What does “Eligible to Renew” mean?
A: This notification lets you know that your post can be renewed to increase visibility. You will only receive this reminder if the setting is enabled.
- New Posts in Your City – Receive notifications when new posts are created in your selected categories (e.g., men, women, couples) within your city.
